SAP PP Functional Consultant – S/4HANA (Pharma Domain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support full-cycle SAP PP implementations and rollouts in Pharma/lifesciences environments
- Configure SAP PP module including discrete manufacturing, process orders, BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions
- Ensure integration with QM, MM, SD, and CO modules
- Conduct requirement gathering with business stakeholders (including BPOs and CTMs) and map processes in SAP
- Prepare and validate master data (materials, recipes, resources) aligned with GMP/GxP standards
- Support testing phases (UT, SIT, UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare
- Provide end-user training and process documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP configuration and Pharma-specific manufacturing processes
- Experience with GMP/GxP compliance, batch management, and serialization
- Ability to front-end discussions with production, costing, and quality teams
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- CA/ICWA preferred for costing alignment
